Alternatives Considered: Electric Photovoltaic Panels, Natural Gas Engine Cogeneration, Natural Gas Engine Driven Chillers, Bloom Energy Fuel Cell.
Solution Chosen: 1125KW Natural Gas Cogeneration System, New lighting using high efficiency fluorescent and LED sources.
Project Results: 25% return on investment, 28% reduction on facilities overall carbon foot print (1000 tons / year) and a 50% reduction of NOx (2.9 tons / year).
