Ongoing Measurement
All of our projects will have a built-in system for ongoing measurement and validation so our clients can evaluate their ROI (Return On Investment) with proven results—significantly reduced costs and carbon footprint of their energy usage.
Base Expertise
The BASEnergy team has deep knowledge of renewable energy systems and is able to offer expertise in the following areas:
Feasibility studies: Detailed analysis of the implementation of a specific technology or technologies.
Energy audits: Detailed analysis of a building’s energy consumption.
Energy Star Benchmarking: DOE metric for measuring the results of energy audits. (This is an annual requirement for all SF buildings over 10,000 square feet.)
Engineering: Full scope of design engineering for the alternative system including integration into the facility. This includes all interconnections with the utility company.
Installation: Complete installation, commissioning and start up of the designed system.
Financing: Complete financing of the designed and installed system. This eliminates the upfront costs for the owner associated with the design and installation of a system.
We are also accomplished energy auditors and can perform audits in accordance with ASHRAE levels I,II, and III.
